Owen Morris are management facilitators. We help leaders and teams boost their performance and effectiveness by bringing the power of ‘assisted’ thinking, improved group processes and flexible management support. From strategic planning to individual team development, we can assist leaders at all levels and across an organisation.
Our advisory and support services range from market research and stakeholder consultation to team facilitation, coaching, and project management.
Our approach is cross-disciplinary and practical. We bring together the most sensible and progressive ideas from four key disciplines: strategic management, cognitive behaviour, group dynamics and systemic organisational leadership.
We’re not nerdish academics or specialist boffins in these areas, but simply believe that good leadership and management need a holistic combination of all four. Our focus is on what is useful and what works for the everyday leader or manager.
The consultancy was set up a few years ago by senior partner, Mike Owen – who has over 20 years’ senior management experience across business, public and not-for-profit sectors – together with operations partner, Anthony Morris. The team also includes a close network of associate specialist partners in a range of management disciplines, ranging from finance to HR.
Our commercial clients range from professional service firms, owner-managed firms, and family-run enterprises to new start-ups/sole traders. In the not-for-profit sector, we specialise in large and small charities, membership/professional bodies, social enterprises and NGOs.
