- Two management degrees, including MBA. Diplomas in Marketing and Market Research. Diploma in Modern Applied Psychology and certified in Transformation Coaching and Positive Psychology Coaching.
- 10 years in large corporates: Baker Perkins Engineering, Time Life International, BT Yellow Pages, Lloyds Bank, Barclays Bank and Grant Thornton Robson Rhodes
- 8 years in exec and Board roles in public sector bodies, including NHS, Birmingham Chamber of Commerce, Housing Solutions Grp, London University and Amersham & Wycombe College
- 10 years in CEO/exec roles at not-for-profit bodies, including Chartered Institute of Arbitrators, Proprietary Healthcare Association of Great Britain, IT Service Management Association, and British Psychotherapy Foundation
- 15 years as a charity trustee, including at Royal Life Saving Society (Chair), British Safety Council, The Landscape Institute, Chartered Institute of Environmental Health, and Abbeyfield Society
